Job Description

The Marriott Fallsview Niagara Falls Hotel & Spa, an AAA Four Diamond, five‑star luxury hotel in Niagara Falls, seeks Housepersons. Reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

• Deliver linens, cots, extra dishes, etc., to guest rooms upon request.
• Empty garbage and recycling from Room Attendants' carts as required.
• Assist with stocking public restrooms and cleaning public areas as required.
• Respond to all guest requests.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms.
• Remove items from hallways and transport to service areas, including debris, food & beverage trays, newspapers, soiled linens and trash placed near Room Attendants' carts.

• Must be able to work full‑time (40 hours), all weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work independently.
