This role requires significant travel and includes overseeing a comprehensive maintenance program for diverse equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance for all marine and heavy equipment

• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions

• Lead and mentor apprentice mechanics in the team

• Generate and maintain shop repair documentation

• Uphold the highest safety and diversity standards

Requirements:

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Certification with six months of experience

• Class 3 Driver's License with air brake endorsement

• Experience with various heavy equipment systems

• Strong communication and teaching abilities

• Organizational skills for managing repair priorities
