Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out essential maintenance tasks on community housing

• Coordinate with trades professionals and local teams

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

• Conduct travel for on-site maintenance as needed

• Follow Housing NWT standards for safety and operations

Requirements:

• Journey Certified Housing Maintainer with relevant experience

• Class 5 Driver's License required

• Strong understanding of building trades and codes

• Capability to reference and interpret relevant documents

• Proficiency in software programs for documentation
