Gotham-Tax-Service-LL in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for January through April. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with tax intake and document handling in a fast-paced office.
You must have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Prior customer service or administrative experience and comfort with scheduling systems are preferred.
