Description
We are seeking experienced SAP Procure-to-Pay Business Analysts with deep expertise in Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). This role will support a recently launched SAP S/4
HANA environment with a primary focus on rapidly reducing invoice backlogs, identifying systemic root causes, and driving sustainable no‑touch invoice processing.
- Support backlog remediation efforts for invoices in the newly deployed SAP S/4
HANA system. - Execute VIM and P2P transactions to clear blocked invoices while simultaneously identifying and documenting underlying issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure root causes are permanently resolved to prevent recurrence.
- Provide insights to leadership by running VIM analytics and automation reports; track no‑touch processing KPIs.
- Design and enhance workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to super users and end users.
- Facilitate business sessions to align on priorities, requirements, testing, training, and deployment steps.
- Complete assigned tasks independently and effectively in a fast‑paced stabilization environment.
- Procure to Pay, Open Text VIM, root cause analysis, business analysis, workflow design.
- Certification in Open Text VIM or any SAP module (preferred).
- Local candidates (Minnesota) preferred but not required.
- Expert level experience in SAP S/4
HANA and VIM implementations.
- Contract position.
- Based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN (fully remote).
- $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
