Job SummaryAs a Fabricator, you will bend, seat, flange, and top‑flange materials according to work orders and production drawings. You will also operate other manual fabrication equipment such as shear, weld, punch press, paint, and CNC. This is a full‑time, 1st shift position (Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm) with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Operate press brake and other fabrication equipment to manufacture parts to specifications (75%).
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures (15%). Communicate issues and improvement ideas to department leadership.
- Package finished products in cartons, apply labels, and palletize (10%). Gather and stage work. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 3+ years of related production experience or training.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost‑effective manufacturing.
- Monitoring machine gauges and indicators to ensure proper operation.
- Selective attention and ability to concentrate without distraction.
- Basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, arithmetics.
- Active listening skills and effective communication.
The position requires standing, walking, seeing, talking, and hearing for 8–12 hours, with occasional sitting. You will operate large equipment and may lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50pounds or more with proper equipment. The work environment may involve heat or cold, loud noise, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.

Pay$17.74 – $26.63 per hour.
