Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Saint Paul, MN – Full‑time
Qualifications- Active LPN license.
- Minimum 1+ year of licensed practical nurse experience.
- Compassionate, dedicated, and able to work independently in a team environment.
- Provide restorative, supportive and preventative nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting.
- Work shifts on 1st shift (7 am–3 pm) or 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess and implement care plans.
