CHS is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Quality Assurance
Lab Technician to join our 2nd Shift Lubricants team in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced laboratory setting. Their work will play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting operations, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

• 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

• Analyze petroleum products in accordance with quality control methods and operate laboratory equipment using the approved testing procedure - American Standard Testing Method (ASTM).
• Assist in interpreting and writing reports on customer diesel fuel and gasoline samples.
• Interpret test results from customer quality assurance samples to effectively respond to customers.
• Communicate with all personnel involved in quality, manufacturing, and technical services.
• Conduct instrument inspections and calibrations.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

• Knowledge of IT Quality Management and/or Quality Management and/or Quality Assurance
• High School diploma or GED

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
