As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in bridging business strategy and technology solutions to maximize the achievement of business objectives. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to analyze processes, systems, and data, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.

Your role will involve defining business architecture strategies, creating roadmaps, and documenting business processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable business transformation initiatives. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of both business and technology landscapes, capable of driving innovation and guiding organizations through change.

This position requires a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and communication, as you will liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver business value effectively.

Job Description

• Translate business strategy, operating models and processes into business architecture artifacts that guide enterprise initiatives and technology alignment.
• Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks that support long-term business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to identify their needs and develop solutions that align with the overall strategy.
• Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus around business architecture initiatives.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with and support business strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that business architecture remains relevant and effective.
