Step into a high-acuity, well-supported Emergency Medicine opportunity in beautiful central Florida. This 3-month locums assignment offers strong physician and APP coverage, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to help staff a brand-new FSER.

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 3 Months

• Independent Contractor Status

• 28 beds (including bariatric & private rooms)

• Cerner EMR

• Stroke Center (currently implementing tele-neurology)

• No trauma designation

• No OB/GYN

• Low pediatric volume (6%)

• Large adult & senior population with higher acuity

• Strong hospitalist support team

• Friendly, supportive nursing staff

• 36 hours of physician coverage daily

• 40 hours of APP coverage daily

• Providers must be willing to work at the new FSER

Shift Options:

• 6a-6p

• 10a-10p

• 6p-6a

• New FSER operates on two 12-hour shifts

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine

• EM Residency Trained - Required

• Active Florida License - Required

• Active DEA - Required
