Drilling Rig Foreman (Drilling and Workover)

Eram Talent, a division of the ERAM Group, is seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to join our client's team in the Oil & Energy sector. The successful candidate will oversee field operations of land drilling and workover rigs, ensuring efficient and safe drilling and remedial operations on wells ranging from shallow to deep depths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate drilling and workover operations, ensuring compliance with safety policies and contractual requirements.
• Manage rig crews and contractors to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor well progress and performance, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of well materials and equipment for operations.
• Maintain accurate daily drilling reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and other departments to implement best practices and modern drilling techniques.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and enhance safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all rig personnel adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
