We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. As a PTA, you will work closely with physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care, implement treatment plans, and promote patient recovery and independence. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
• Conduct and report on patient assessments and evaluations
• Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Perform physical therapy interventions and exercises under the supervision of physical therapists
• Document patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Contribute to a safe and efficient patient care environment

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or related field
• State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed
