Your RoleAs the Caregiver, your role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.
Position Highlights- Status: Offering FT, PT, and PRN positions
- Schedule: Must be able to work every other weekend
- Location: 700 Medical Court East, Inverness, FL 34452
- Rate of Pay: Determined by the amount of experience.
- Responsible for a designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks
- Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance
- Respond to the security system and resident call bells promptly
- Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents
- Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs
- Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs
- Other duties as assigned
- Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred
- Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership
- Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with superior customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
