Your Role

As the Caregiver, your role includes providing hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to each resident while maintaining a safe and comfortable home‑like environment.

Position Highlights
  • Status: Offering FT, PT, and PRN positions
  • Schedule: Must be able to work every other weekend
  • Location: 700 Medical Court East, Inverness, FL 34452
  • Rate of Pay: Determined by the amount of experience.
What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for a designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks
  • Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance
  • Respond to the security system and resident call bells promptly
  • Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well‑being
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas
  • Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents
  • Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs
  • Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Certified Nurse’s Aid (CNA) certification preferred, but not required.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior experience working with seniors is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with residents, team members, and leadership
  • Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with superior customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Sound judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
  • Kindness and integrity are a must.
