ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Lead 3–4 one‑hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence‑based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery‑oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
- Salary range: $50,000-$60,000/ year
* Based on experience, and education Schedule: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Required licensure or certification*:
Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, CAP with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
- Ability to work 2‑3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred)
- Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus
- Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT
