System Analyst NetSuite

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with an experience based on Oracle Net Suite solutions to join our team. This role will focus on customising, configuring, and integrating Net Suite ERP to support our business operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs, set up new modules, and design seamless integrations with banks, SaaS solutions, and other third-party services

• Assess and translate business requirements into functional Net Suite solutions
• Work with stakeholders to improve ERP workflows and automation
• Implement and configure new Net Suite modules based on business needs
• Optimize existing workflows and create custom scripts (Suite Script)
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business intelligence
• Develop and maintain integrations with banks (payment processing, reconciliation), SaaS platforms (e.g., Procurify), and other external services
• Utilize Suite Script, Suite Talk API, and RESTlets to enhance system functionality
• Support and troubleshoot Net Suite issues, ensuring smooth system operation
• Provide technical documentation and user training for system enhancements

• 3 years of experience in Oracle Net Suite implementation and customization
• Strong background in ERP workflows and business process automation
• Experience in financial processes, banking integrations, or e-commerce platforms
• Experience in integrating Net Suite with banking services, SaaS, and third-party applications
• Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Talk API (REST/SOAP), Suite Flow, and Suite Builder
• SQL/Suite
  
  QL experience for reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

• Net Suite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation).
• Experience with multi-book accounting, consolidated reporting, or other financial systems
