Hire Resolve is assisting Sales & Marketing organisations in hiring experienced Sales & Marketing professionals for mid–senior opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This is a multi-role campaign designed to attract talent across several commercial functions, including business development, key account management, sales operations/enablement, demand generation, digital/performance marketing, brand and communications, product/industry marketing, and go-to-market execution.

These opportunities suit professionals ready to lead initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and progress toward leadership pathways such as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Sales Director, Marketing Director, or Commercial Director (depending on specialism and scope).

• Develop and execute sales and/or marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives
• Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign delivery
• Drive new business development and account growth through structured prospecting, relationship management, and account planning (role-dependent)
• Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes
• Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, content, events, partnerships), tracking ROI and conversion performance
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance dashboards to guide prioritisation and decision-making
• Partner with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes
• Create or improve processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to enable scalable growth
• Coach and mentor team members; support onboarding and performance development where applicable
• Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with applicable Saudi requirements (e.g., PDPL obligations where relevant to the role)
