Home Health Nurse – LPN - PRN - Part-time

As a home health nurse – LPN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient's condition with face‑to‑face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician, dress (or re‑dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient’s quality of life.

• Must have successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
• Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.

Current FL State LPN license is required.
