Position: Head Chef - Contract Catering Leader | Menu & Mentoring

OCS in Scotland is looking for an experienced kitchen manager to oversee culinary operations. You will create menus, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure food safety standards while leading a team of chefs.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in contract catering, demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills, and possess Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality.
