The Opportunity
Global Highland are looking for a friendly, capable and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our client at a beautiful private country estate near Inverness. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-quality rural environment and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality and service. Working as part of a small and dedicated team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the estate and provide a warm, discreet and professional service to guests and visitors during events at the estate.
This role is for 6 long weekends over September, October and November with accommodation available if required.
First required weekend Wednesday 30th September until Sunday 3rd October 2026
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments
- Providing attentive table and guest service
- Helping with housekeeping and preparing guest accommodation
- Setting up and clearing rooms for meals and events
- Assisting with functions, private dinners and special occasions
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Helping with general estate hospitality duties as required
- Working closely with the wider estate team to ensure guests have an excellent experience
- Friendly, personable and confident around guests
- Well presented and professional
- Reliable, organised and willing to be hands-on
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
- Naturally attentive to detail and service
- Experienced in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or private service
- £15 per hour
- Live-in accommodation available
