About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cable Puller to support the mobilisation of a construction site in Glen Mor. This role involves essential tasks including cable pulling and general duties. You will be working as part of a site team to ensure safe and efficient installation of electrical systems during the early stages of site set‑up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pulling and routing armoured cables across the site in various sizes.
  • Assisting with temporary site power set‑up and distribution.
  • Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.
Requirements
  • Valid CSCS card – essential.
  • Proven experience in cable pulling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices on construction sites.
Additional Information

Mon‑Fri 10 hrs a day available, 11‑day fortnight – this may change due to site agreement.

Free parking available on site.

Welfare facilities on site.

All work is outside and exposed to elements.

Pay PAYE Rates

Mon‑Fri 1st 37.5 hrs £15.69 Working Rate + £2.20 Holiday Pay = £17.89 Total Payable

Mid‑week OT, Sat 1st hrs ‑ £23.54 + £2.84 Holiday Pay = £26.38 Total Payable

Sat after 1st hrs & Sunday ‑ £31.38 + £3.79 Holiday Pay = £35.17 Total Payable

Umbrella Rates

Basic ‑ £20.47

Overtime 1 ‑ £30.70

Overtime 2 ‑ £40.94
