Mac Gregor Industrial Supplies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Inverness team as an Apprentice Honda ATV Technician.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career with one of the world's most respected engineering brands whilst gaining hands‑on experience, nationally recognised qualifications and specialist training through the Honda Apprenticeship Programme.

Over a three‑year apprenticeship, you will work alongside experienced technicians at Mac Gregor Industrial Supplies, supported by a dedicated workplace mentor. You’ll also attend block training at the Honda Institute and receive ongoing support from your assigned Assessment & Employment Coach.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will earn a salary while developing the skills, knowledge and experience needed to become a qualified Honda ATV Technician.

• Learning to service, maintain and repair Honda All‑Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)
• Assisting experienced technicians with diagnostics and fault finding
• Carrying out inspections, servicing and repairs to Honda equipment
• Preparing vehicles and equipment for customers
• Maintaining workshop standards and health & safety requirements
• Developing technical knowledge through practical experience and formal training

• Has a genuine interest in mechanics, engineering or agricultural equipment
• Enjoys practical, hands‑on work
• Is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn
• Has good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team
• Wants to build a long‑term career within the industry
• No previous experience is necessary – just the right attitude and willingness to learn
