Painter and Decorator

Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) currently has a vacancy for a qualified Painter and Decorator to work within our trades division.

As our business continues to expand and grow due to the high housing demand, now is a great opportunity to join the team and work on our developments!

Working in a permanent full time role, you will have key responsibilities which will include areas such as:

• All aspects of painting & decorating work on a new build housing development.
• Ensuring our Health and Safety compliance standards are met.
• Assisting clients, ensuring a high standard of customer journey is provided.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team delivering joinery projects to completion.
• Working alongside our apprentices in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The successful candidates will preferably be qualified to:

• Educated to SCQF Level 6 in Painting and Decorating (SVQ Level
  3) or have relevant painting and decorating experience.
• Hold a valid CSCS/Score Card - preferred.
• Preferable - have experience working on new build homes.
