Electrician Inverness & Nairn Areas Job Type: Full-Time 3-Year Contract

Inverness & Nairn Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable Electricians to join our growing team, working across domestic properties in the Inverness and Nairn areas . The role will primarily involve carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) , with follow-on remedial works where required. Candidates must be able to complete the required NICEIC certification on the same day as the test .

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced electricians looking for long-term, consistent work , with a 3-year contract available.

Key Responsibilities Carry out approximately 4 EICRs per day , depending on property size Complete EICRs to a high professional standard Complete NICEIC certification on the same day as testing Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently Carry out follow-on remedial electrical works Respond to maintenance issues and call-outs where required Complete electrical upgrades and installation work Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and standards Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation Candidates with EQS / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor experience are highly desirable Requirements Fully qualified Electrician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent 18th Edition qualification Strong experience carrying out EICRs Experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding and remedial works Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload Professional, reliable and quality-focused EQS / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor experience desirable Working Hours & Overtime 40 hours per week Overtime available when arranged Overtime paid at £40 per hour Expected output of approximately 4 EICRs per day , depending on property size Vehicle & Equipment Company van provided Fuel card provided Company tablet provided Work across the Inverness & Nairn areas Pay & Benefits £30 per hour £40 per hour overtime CIS or PAYE Umbrella payment options available 3-year contract Full-time position Long-term, consistent workload Overtime opportunities available Company van, fuel card and tablet provided Training and progression opportunities
