We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join the management team as a Sales Manager at Thainstone House Hotel. In this role, you'll be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and creating a proactive sales plan aligned with the hotel’s commercial business goals. Key responsibilities include driving new business across various segments, developing corporate accounts, managing local and agent accounts, attending client meetings, and networking ’ll also conduct competitor analysis, lead sales meetings, and report on sales progress.

We’re seeking someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others while maintaining a calm approach in a fast-paced environment. If you're a forward thinker who is self-motivated and results-driven, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
