Key Responsibilities- Receive raw materials and deliver them to production.
- Package and ship finished hoses, marked with the Gates logo, to customers worldwide.
- Handle inbound shipments, process outbound orders, complete paperwork, fill orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory.
- Work collaboratively to support safety, productivity, and the delivery of high-quality products.
- Consistently demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to all safety requirements.
- Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Plan, evaluate, set up, and operate necessary equipment while verifying compliance.
- Utilize scanners and internal production systems efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in reading, math, computer usage, and measurement skills.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and over 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions throughout all processes.
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is essential for this role.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
- Willingness to support team members, step in as needed, and share knowledge for cross‑training purposes.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Shifts Available
- 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday‑Friday
- 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday‑Friday
- 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday‑Thursday
- Full‑time & part‑time coverage.
