• Receive raw materials and deliver them to production.
• Package and ship finished hoses, marked with the Gates logo, to customers worldwide.
• Handle inbound shipments, process outbound orders, complete paperwork, fill orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory.
• Work collaboratively to support safety, productivity, and the delivery of high-quality products.
• Consistently demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to all safety requirements.
• Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Plan, evaluate, set up, and operate necessary equipment while verifying compliance.
• Utilize scanners and internal production systems efficiently.

• Basic proficiency in reading, math, computer usage, and measurement skills.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions throughout all processes.
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is essential for this role.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
• Willingness to support team members, step in as needed, and share knowledge for cross‑training purposes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Shifts Available

• 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday‑Friday
• 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday‑Friday
• 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday‑Thursday
