Russell Stover Chocolates in the United States seeks a Production Lead to champion our brand from start to finish. You will guide the chocolate production process, train staff, and ensure quality and food safety standards are met using the SAP system to keep records accurate.
You will foster safety, efficiency, and teamwork, manage daily activities, and help the plant meet production goals while upholding GMP and FSQA programs in a climate-controlled facility filled with the aroma of chocolate.
