Job Description The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN/LPN. The CNA assists in the patient 0care anticipating patient/family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patient 0needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
