Industrial Maintenance Technician

Penmac Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full‑time opportunity with a local manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on maintenance technician role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, repairing machines, and keeping production running smoothly.

• Starting pay $22+ per hour
  , based on experience
• Initial training on day shift (7:00am–3:00pm), then transition to the assigned shift

• Previous industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Working knowledge of 3‑phase industrial wiring
• Must provide own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

• PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
• Allen Bradley drive experience (including 1395 drives)
• Welding or fabrication experience
• 2‑year engineering technology degree or equivalent hands‑on experience

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Work with PLC systems, ladder logic, and industrial electrical systems
• Support facility maintenance needs including HVAC, plumbing, and welding repairs
