Average Hourly Rate: $27.07 (Includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

We’re looking for a full‑time Case Manager who’s ready to make a difference. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and at least two years of experience in child placement are required.

• Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
• Work with a passionate team that’s all about making a real impact.
