Warehouse Operator (Several Shifts)
Location: Iola, KS Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday – Overtime as Required Pay: $22.00 per hour

Penmac Staffing is hiring Warehouse Operators for a full-time shift in Iola, KS. This Warehouse Operator position is a great opportunity for dependable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided, making this role ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Receive and process incoming inventory
• Complete receiving paperwork and inventory documentation
• Pull, stage, and fill orders accurately
• Maintain inventory control and organization
• Operate forklifts, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Prepare and handle outbound shipments
• Follow safety procedures and standard work instructions

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team‑oriented with a high level of accountability
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to read gauges, dials, and work instructions
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, drug screen, physical abilities test, and interview process

• Stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs independently; team lift up to 65+ lbs
• Frequent bending, lifting, and stretching
• Ability to work in hot conditions
• Overtime may be required
• Industrial warehouse environment with required hearing protection
• Fast-paced, team-oriented operations floor
