Base pay range: $11.00/hr - $27.00/hr the pay range information is posted pursuant to local requirements and may vary by experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Individual pay decisions will be made accordingly. The pay range information is included in the job description for applicants.
What you will do / Responsibilities- Help others by inspiring clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, and build client relationships that grow stronger each year.
- Join H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist and focus on delivering exceptional client service now and in the future.
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences; ensure client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
