Production Associate at the Ione, CA plant. Responsible for supporting plant production, maintaining cleanliness, and operating equipment. A cross‑training opportunity with potential for advancement.
Responsibilities- Assist and provide support services to the production process and perform duties associated with plant housekeeping.
- Clean spills around crushers, elevators, conveyors, etc.
- Perform general labor and cleanup duties throughout the plant.
- Operate skid steer and other mobile equipment as trained.
- Maintain quality of work and ensure safe operation of all tools and equipment under your control.
- Conduct good housekeeping and safety inspection of the work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in inclement weather, at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must pass background check, pre‑employment physical, drug screening, and post‑offer physical.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Must observe all company, state, and MSHA regulations and policies.

Starting pay rate: $25.38/hr after 6 months of training and successful completion, pay rate increases to $31.37/hr benefits effective DAY ONE include 12 paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time, choice of five medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) match, life insurance and AD&D, education reimbursement, a wellness credit program, and PPE with reimbursement for safety boots and prescribed safety glasses.
