If you enjoy the great outdoors and all the lake has to offer, come join our team at Pardee Lake Recreation Area. Our California Lakes are well-known for excellent fishing and boating. We are currently hiring for a Retail Associate.

$16.90 per hour

• Customer Service:
  Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
• Sales Transactions:
  Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, including handling cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize displays to ensure a well-maintained shopping environment.
• Store Maintenance:
  Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and safely.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with team members to meet sales targets and store goals, participating in training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Applicants should be energetic, friendly, hardworking and customer service-oriented individuals. Must know how to swim and have a valid driver's license.
