Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally, you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $14.00 to $16.00
, depending on skills and experience. - We provide paid training, delivered through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.

- Position is part‑time with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours are 6–12 hours.
- Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.
- Availability to support seasonal changes, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
You'll perform service work in the Hallmark department across various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers). The position has three major components:
This job is physically demanding. Must push, pull, lift, and carry 30‑pound cartons frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Required to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may climb stairs or step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum age 18 years.
- Can read, write, and understand English.
- Can lift 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Can operate a handheld digital device to read documents.
- Has Wi‑Fi access and internet access.
- Has reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
