Licensed Security Guard

Andy Frain Services, a leader in finance and insurance security, seeks a Licensed Security Guard Flex to protect people, property, and assets at a premier financial institution. In this field-based role, you will perform access control, patrol high-value areas, monitor CCTV and alarms, and respond to incidents in accordance with strict financial security standards. You'll complete detailed reports, support special events and rotating posts, and deliver courteous customer service while working closely with a collaborative, professional security team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and verify credentials for staff, visitors, and vendors
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established protocols
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports
• Operate CCTV, badge systems, and other security technology
• Enforce company policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide customer service and directions to employees and visitors
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required
• Support special events and variable posts as a flex officer
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to all post orders
