Billion Automotive is now hiring for a full-time Office Manager.
The Office Manager will oversee staff, post accounting entries, reconcile accounts and compile data for the dealership.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee office staff
- Reconcile and prepare daily deposits
- Post accounting entries for vehicle sales and purchases
- Reconcile select accounts and schedules weekly and monthly
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title documents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous office experience
- 2 year accounting degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License/Acceptable driving record
- Organization skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
