Billion Automotive is now hiring for a full-time Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee staff, post accounting entries, reconcile accounts and compile data for the dealership.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee office staff
• Reconcile and prepare daily deposits
• Post accounting entries for vehicle sales and purchases
• Reconcile select accounts and schedules weekly and monthly
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title documents
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous office experience
• 2 year accounting degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License/Acceptable driving record
• Organization skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
