Are you a driven and analytical engineer with a passion for continuous improvement? P&G, the world's largest consumer packaged goods company with over 65 trusted brands, is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join our team at our Iowa City Oral Care Plant

About the Role: In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, and leveraging digital solutions to enhance efficiency. You’ll join a dynamic manufacturing environment, learning foundational technical skills and contributing directly to the production of globally recognized branded products. Our Oral Care Plant is the Hub for Oral‑B Toothbrushes across North America, including both Power & Manual Brushes. We are the only Brush Plant in the United States & our employees have been making a difference in smiles across the world since 1950!

Currently our site is in the process of expanding, bringing a diverse array of exciting experiences with Brand Initiatives, Manufacturing & Equipment Start Up, & so much more!

• Process Optimization & Loss Elimination: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. You’ll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
• Operational Excellence & Digital Solutions: Drive proper execution of Health, Safety, Environment (HS&E), and Quality standards. You’ll support and lead the adoption of digital solutions, facilitating the integration of new tools and training team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Analysis & Value Creation: Leverage data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Support & Develop: Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure perfect execution of standard work procedures.
• Collaborate: Work with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions.

You are a good fit here if you:

• Have a BS/MS degree in Engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, though we may also consider other engineering disciplines.
• 0 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Are willing to relocate during your career. This role in particular requires individuals to be on site at our Iowa City Oral Care Plant. Relocation available to applicable candidates.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
