Paramedic - Stead Family Children's Hospital -Pediatric Specialty Clinic

The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Nursing is seeking a Paramedic to perform specific tasks to assist members of the Nursing team in providing patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager.

100%

40 hours per week, day shift

Stead Family Children’s Hospital (SFCH)

No weekends, every other holiday

Merit Pay Plan available.

• Graduation from high school.
• Current paramedic certification by the Iowa Department of Public Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.
• Current course completion card in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association.
• Current course completion card in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the American Heart Association.
