The University of Iowa Health Care department of Food & Nutrition Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to supervise the performance of general service staff in designated areas and enforce departmental work guidelines and policies/procedures.
- Maintain adequate staffing, food quality, schedules, and quality assurance records
- Complete assigned forecasting
- Order menu items to meet demand
- Assist in providing food service as needed
- Attend assigned meetings and conduct staff meetings

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- High School graduation or equivalent and two years of directly related food distribution experience;
- or any equivalent combination of post high school education and experience providing a knowledge or background in institutional food service distribution
