• Serve as a regulatory liaison to manage accounts receivable and support clinical providers
• Conduct audits and monitor compliance with revenue cycle policies and regulations
• Provide ongoing education and training to staff on practice management and coding
• Collaborate with various departments on revenue management initiatives and quality audits

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing, or coding
• Ability to analyze and validate clinical data to support billing processes
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership and clinical staff
• Knowledge of revenue cycle regulatory risks and medical necessity requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in Project Management
• 1 year of experience in an Epic billing environment
