• Work with Regional Learning Managers to create and update training plans, forms, policies and procedures for the Hub
• Align all maintenance activities with the Site Manager
• Support trainers during training organization and execution
• Conduct training for apprentices and existing employees
• Coordinate and execute all maintenance activities in the Hub
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
• Travel to other plants in North America for training delivery (15%)
• Troubleshoot and manage facility issues
• Administrate the Maintenance LMS (Amatrol) and conduct evaluations

• Education:
  
  HS Diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  5+ years with ALPLA technologies and maintenance procedures
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of technical processes
  • Facilitation and workshop leadership
  • Training organization and execution
  • Moderation, training and presentation experience
  • Ability to work independently

• Frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally climb or balance
• Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; also talk or hear
• Regularly sit
• Lift and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly; lift and/or move up to 30 lbs frequently; lift and/or move more than 50 lbs occasionally
• Close vision required
