Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Part Time Back Up Maintenance Technician in Iowa City, IA. The role supports property maintenance, completes assigned repairs, and prepares units for occupancy, on a temporary, on-site basis.
The position pays $25.00–$32.00 per hour and includes a $75 deployment bonus for each paid shift when deployed, along with on-call duties and required safety training. Shifts are morning, Monday–Friday, about 25 hours per week.
