Staff Nurse - IVF Clinic/Procedure Suite (North Dodge) (50%)
50% Staff Nurse sought to work in the North Dodge REI Clinic.
Sign-on incentive: Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
Position SummaryAssess patients' nursing care needs, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided, and integrate nursing theory and research into clinical practice. Provide leadership to nursing team members to maintain patient care standards.
Duties- Apply nursing theory to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of patient responses to health and illness.
- Assess patient health care preferences and expectations.
- Collaboratively coordinate continuum of care across settings.
- Develop patient care plan based on patient condition, age, and psychosocial factors; prescribe interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement patient care plan according to patient priorities, documenting interventions and responses.
- Collaborate with patients and families and integrate contributions into multidisciplinary care plan.
- Coordinate and implement transfer/discharge planning throughout episode of care.
- Implement nursing interventions per policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe environment. Follow universal precautions.

Salary: minimum $61,183 at 100% effort, based on experience and effort level. Salary at 50% is proportional.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8‑hour shifts with varying report times; includes weekend and holiday coverage (up to 1–2 weekends/month and 1 holiday/year). Weekend/holiday coverage typically 4–6 hours per day, may be canceled if clinic support is not needed.

1360 North Dodge Street.

Required
Education:
Associate's Degree, Diploma, Baccalaureate, or higher in Nursing (including MSN, MA, MNHP).
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with patients/families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team.
- Current Iowa nursing license by hire date.
Desired
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of OBGYN nursing experience.
