The University of Iowa’s Nurse-Midwifery Division, housed within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is seeking a passionate and experienced Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to join our growing faculty on the non-tenure clinical track.

• Full-Scope Midwifery Practice:
  Provide comprehensive care for patients with both normal and high-risk pregnancies, including gynecology and contraceptive management.

• Master’s degree (or BSN if master’s is not in nursing)
• Minimum two years of experience as a practicing midwife
• Board certification through AMCB and active RN/ARNP license from the Iowa Board of Nursing (required prior to hire)
• Strong inpatient and outpatient clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to teaching and mentoring in an academic setting
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, evening clinics, and off-site care
• EPIC proficiency and interest in group prenatal care are highly desirable
