GATE Attendant - Security Officer; Iowa , IA

The company provides full‑service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks.

FULL‑TIME GATE ATTENDANT – SECURITY OFFICER in the Iowa City, Iowa area.

Pay: $19.50 an hour. Paid bi‑weekly.

Shift: (3:00 PM – 9:30 PM) Wednesday – Saturday; (3:00 PM – 8:30 PM) Sunday; OFF Monday & Tuesday.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass a State of Iowa background check, motor vehicle report, and a 4‑panel drug screen.
• Must be comfortable using a tablet and its functions for job‑related tasks.
• Must be comfortable with frequent customer interactions throughout the shift.
• Must accurately count outbound loads.
• Must provide excellent customer service.
• Must have strong attention to detail when inspecting vehicles, semis, trailers, etc.
• Must be reliable—excessive absenteeism will not be tolerated.
• Must refrain from using personal devices during the shift.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather and tolerate extreme temperatures at times during the shift.
• Preferred: previous experience in security, customer service, or construction materials.

In‑Person Interviews & Onboarding will be conducted at the Cedar Rapids Branch. No Exceptions.
