A leading financial solutions company is searching for a talented Lead React Native Engineer to spearhead mobile and web development initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on high-scale financial platforms. • Architect and build robust, scalable applications using React Native (Expo) and React
  .
• Develop and maintain a reusable component library and design system for consistent UX across platforms.
• Guide frontend best practices, establish code quality standards, and mentor a team of 3–5 engineers.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams and product stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality features.
• Contribute to backend services (Node.js) as needed to support full-stack solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging frontend technologies and incorporate innovative solutions.

• 6+ years of software development experience, including production-level React Native and React work.
• Mastery of Type Script and deep understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives across teams.
• Strong background in system design and scalable frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with backend technologies, especially Node.js

• Understanding of compliance and security in application development.
