Hybrid or Remote. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, enabling you to work both remotely and in our Tipton, Iowa office. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

As a Senior Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tax and accounting services, including income tax planning and preparation for both individuals and businesses, compilation, review, payroll, and various other accounting services. This role also provides a unique opportunity to foster strong client and colleague relationships and to contribute to the successful growth of our clients’ businesses.

We are in search of a Senior Staff Accountant who is passionate about delivering exceptional tax and accounting services while building enduring client relationships. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of four (4) years of direct accounting experience
• Preferred but not required: CPA certificate or candidates actively pursuing the CPA exam
• Bonus points for Quick Books and/or Ultra Tax experience
• Strong sense of self‑motivation, a team‑player mindset, and a commitment to integrity
