In this role, you'll be a key player in keeping financial operations running smoothly-handling high-volume transactions, partnering cross-functionally, and ensuring accuracy every step of the way. WWhat You'll Do

+ Process and review a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding

+ Perform account reconciliations to ensure clean and up-to-date financial records

+ Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve invoice discrepancies

+ Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards

+ Utilize an ERP system to manage and track accounts payable activity

+ Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner

+ Investigate and follow up on unpaid or disputed invoices

Requirements

What You Bring

+ Accounts Payable experience and/or accounting-related experience

+ Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, and reconciliations

+

Experience with an ERP system

+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines with efficiency and accuracy

+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

+ Solid grasp of accounting principles and compliance standards

+ A problem-solving approach to resolving discrepancies
