What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Manage AP, AR, invoicing, cash applications, and vendor payments

✅ Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations

✅ Analyze inventory and general ledger activity

✅ Work directly with customers and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies

✅ Lead special projects focused on process improvements and efficiencies

✅ Support financial reporting and help maintain accurate accounting records

Requirements

✔ Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ A self-starter who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn

✔ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus
